So You Want to Start Scrapbooking (Yay!) Here's How to Get Going
Your kitchen table is absolutely covered no room for even a coffee cup with photos, ticket stubs, stickers, papers and other lovely bits and pieces that you'd like to arrange in a scrapbook. Excellent idea. But where do you even begin? The number of scrapbooking options is exciting but also intimidating. Scrapbooking is all about telling a story. Think about the experiences in your life that mean the most to you.
Preschoolers are at the age where they are learning about their place in the world. A great way to encourage this self-awareness in. At the end of this unit, preschoolers will have created a scrapbook about themselves that they can share with others. All About Me Bulletin Board Before beginning the unit, ask parents to send in a baby and a current picture of their preschooler. Randomly place pictures on a bulletin board. Preschoolers, parents, and class visitors will have fun trying to match the pictures.
See them as scrapbooking challenges to give your creativity juice a pump.
